Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the time of order.

Please include a daytime phone number and a valid email address in the shipping information at the time of check out.

*Delivery is permitted within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Accessories: Accessory orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days of purchase within the continental U.S.

Hot Tubs: FreeflowSpas.com hot tub purchases are shipped via free curbside delivery (available for continental US only) within 3-5 weeks of purchase. Once your hot tub has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You can always refer to the order tracking tool to check the status of your order. If you ordered any accessories with the hot tub, they will be shipped and packaged within the hot tub.
