Only 3 Years In

Unfortunately, we've only had the 7 Person Monterey Premier Spa for less than 3 years and there is already leaking in the back of the spa which will need to be drained and sent in for repairs if we choose. With the amount we paid for the spa, it's almost not worth getting if fixed due to the cost of even just getting it pickup to be serviced and not including the cost to actually fix it. It's frustrating that it only lasted 3 years before something major happened and getting really no support for something that should definitely last longer than 3 years. We took care of the spa, cleaning it regularly, and adding/adjusting chemicals as needed. Our headrests also started to come apart roughly 2 years into owning. Disappointing that this is what we get for the amount we paid.

This is in addition to a review left on February 23, 2023.
The spa is less than 4 years old. the heater was replaced in April 2022, this should have been a warranty replacement, but the tech and the manufacturer could not diagnose the problem. Now in December 2023, the 5 button top side control panel LED display is not illuminated. It would be nice if the company would reach out, but so far nothing!

Best value for the money!

This is my second Freeflow spa. There is no more dependable brand and value for the money. I highly recommend.

Use it practically every day

We bought this hot tub about 3 years ago. We have used it almost every day since we got it. My wife and I are getting a little older and this definitely helps with aches and pains. We also enjoy having friends over to enjoy it as well.

The only problems we have ever had with it is the pillows needed replaced once, the cover needed replaced once from being outside all the time and the control panel has been replaced. Considering it’s outside all of the time and it’s a wet hot humid atmosphere I will take those few problems.

Great hot tub

Honestly, didn’t know what to expect buying a hot tub online. Delivery was great and easy. Hot tub is great, especially for the ease of plug and play. Advertised as a 7 seater, but you’re not getting more than 5 full grown adults into it, which is okay!
